There is an enquiry office in Belfast in Wellington Place (city centre, the street is based to the left from the front of City Hall). Please note that the enquiry office will not be able to give you updates regarding your benefits and they will refer you to a helpline.

SOCIAL SECURITY AGENCY
Social Security Agency deals with Social Security benefits such as Disability Living Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance and Carer’s Allowance as well as the Jobseeker’s Allowance and Maternity Allowance.

Jobseeker’s Allowance: If you are claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance you need to register in the nearest Jobs & Benefits office and you will be given your JSA form then.
Disability Living Allowance: If you need to claim the Disability Living Allowance you need to collect the form from the nearest Social Security Agency office.

The form can be brought to the Housing Executive office and assistance should be provided to fill it in. The Housing Executive now uses interpreters in their enquiry offices so, if needed, you can get help in your mother language also.
